Therapy That Centers You

Life can be a lot—especially when you're juggling personal growth, work, and relationships, while dealing with trauma and systemic barriers that weren’t built with you in mind. Therapy is about more than just talking; it’s about reclaiming your story, discovering what helps you thrive, and building resilience on your terms.

Drawing on person-centered, trauma-informed, and mindful approaches, we’ll explore how you show up in relationships and daily life. We’ll also examine how past experiences shape your present, focusing on healing, growth, and genuine support.

If cost feels like a barrier, I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale sessions for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and low-income clients and relationships; my full-fee rates help fund these subsidized spots.
